If you entered your athlete’s full first and last name, you’d be sharing their Personally Identifiable Information to a third party without their consent. To protect both you and Insight CoachPro, we only allow you to enter the first letter of the athlete’s last name.
Athlete Information can be updated in a variety of locations:
"Posted Through" represents the last date through which an athlete's training is posted. You can use the "Posted Through" dates for each athlete to manage your workload.
In order to see the columns for workouts in an athlete's Season Road Map and Training Plan, the athlete's workout settings must include more than 0 workouts for that sport. You can edit an athlete's workout settings in the Workout Settings view in the Athlete Hero Bar.

In order to improve app performance, the Training Plan view shows 26 weeks of the athlete's Training Plan. You can view a different portion of the athlete's Training Plan by selecting a new plan start week from the "View Training Plan From" dropdown.
The athlete's swim pace is used to convert swim distances to durations in the Season Road Map and Training Plan volume views.
Swim workout distances are translated to durations based on the provided athlete swim pace. Fifteen seconds per hundred is added to the provided swim pace for volume calculations; for example, an athlete with an average swim pace of 1:45 (yards or meters) and 4000 (yards or meters) weekly distance will have a weekly swim volume of 80 minutes (2 min/100 x 40 100s), or 1:20.
Insight CoachPro helps endurance coaches manage their coaching workload, plan their athletes’ training, and keep track of everything they need at their fingertips to be a better, more efficient coach.
