To begin using the Finance Module, you must first create a budget. You can do that using the “ Add a Budget” button on any Finance page, or by clicking “Create This Year’s Budget” from the Athlete Revenue view on the Central Dashboard.
To add budgets for future years, use the “ Add a Budget” button on any Finance page.
When you add a budget, revenue rows for all athletes who are/will be active during that calendar year are automatically created, along with rows for other revenue and all expenses. If the athlete has a fee rate and schedule saved from a prior budget, that fee rate and schedule will be used to auto-populate the new budget.
