The Training Plan is one of five Athlete Content views. You can access the Training Plan from the Nav Bar or from the Athlete Views Select Box within the Roster Hero Bar. Within the Athlete Views, you can view the Training Plan using the quick link in the Athlete Title Bar.
Athlete Training Plans are the heart of the Insight CoachPro platform. This is where you will review past training, plan future training, and have a blueprint for applying training to the athlete’s training calendar, wherever you post their training schedules
Before You Begin: Updating Workout Settings
Before You Begin: Updating Workout Settings #
The athlete’s Workout Settings will dictate which columns are included in the athlete’s Training Plan. To view and update an athlete’s Workout Settings, click the “ Workouts” shortcut on the right side of the Athlete Hero Bar.
Workout Settings dictate which columns are included in the athlete’s Training Plan. Changing the Workout Settings will affect which columns appear in the Training Plan table but will not delete any prior training data. Additionally, changing the Workout Settings will affect only the current athlete; Workout Settings are unique to each individual athlete.

To calculate swim volume, fifteen seconds per hundred is added to the athlete’s swim pace; for example, an athlete with an average swim pace of 1:45 (yards or meters) and 4000 (yards or meters) weekly distance will have a weekly volume of 80 minutes, or 1:20.
Planned volumes are entered in the athlete’s Season Road Map.
Be sure to save the Training Plan before you change views.
