Define Custom Training Zones

Custom Training Zones for swim, bike, and run can be defined on the My Profile page.

You can define Custom Training Zones for swim (pace), bike (heart rate and power), and run (pace, heart rate, and power). Enter the Zone Number (an integer or a number with a single decimal place), the Zone Name, the Zone’s starting percentage of threshold, and (optional) the Zone’s ending percentage of threshold. All Zones must have a number, name, and starting value. Click “Save” icon to save the zones.
