Change Athlete Status

Athletes are considered either Active or Inactive. When an athlete is added to your Roster, the athlete status is Active and the athlete has no defined end date.

To change an Active athlete to Inactive, or to change an Inactive athlete to Active, first navigate to your Complete Roster using the Nav Bar or the Roster View quick links within the Roster View Title Bar.

From the Complete Roster View, to update an athlete’s end date, click the icon to the left of their start date to open the edit Start / End Dates window. Enter the updated End Date and click “Update Date(s)” to save it.

Active athletes will either have no End Date or an End Date in the future; Inactive Athletes have an End Date in the past. To change an athlete’s status, add, edit, or remove their End Date.
