Training Plans are managed from the Training Plan Athlete Content View.
In order to improve app performance, the Training Plan view shows 26 weeks of the athlete’s Training Plan. You can view a different portion of the athlete’s Training Plan by selecting a new plan start week from the “View Training Plan From” dropdown.
Past training, defined as training five or more weeks prior to the athlete’s Posted Through date, appears in light grey and can be viewed but not edited. Current and future training, defined as training up to four weeks prior to the athlete’s Posted Through date and all training beyond the Posted Through date, is editable. You can edit recent training weeks to reflect any changes in actual execution after the training was posted, and enter details for future training weeks through the end of the Training Plan.
